• Items must be suitable for normal laundering or pressing.
• Please tell us about delicate fabrics, existing damage, or special instructions.
• We follow manufacturer care labels unless you instruct otherwise in writing.

7. Restricted Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept items contaminated with hazardous substances, bodily fluids, excessive mould, pests, or other unsafe materials.

8. Loss or Damage

If loss or damage is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate care instructions, hidden weaknesses in fabrics, normal wear and tear, or prohibited items.

9. Collection and Uncollected Items

• Please collect completed orders promptly after notification.
• If items remain uncollected for extended periods, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided.
• If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, storage or disposal action may be taken after a prolonged period and notice.

10. Cancellations and Changes

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Charges may apply where work has already started.
